Oliver Koechli, VP of Operations

As Vice President of Operations, Oliver brings over 15 years experience in operational management to Outcast, where he provides leadership to the technology, product management, deployment, human resources, content and network operations divisions of the company.
In 2006, he joined Bhootan, establishing the infrastructure to support a national digital network which included some of the country’s primary retail environments such as McDonald’s, Carl’s Jr., Walgreens and Albertsons.
Prior to his focus on digital out-of-home media, Oliver served as Director of Product Management at Move.com (NASDAQ: MOVE), the largest online real estate website. During this time, he supported the executive management team through strategic consulting and served as the interim General Manger to Move’s custom website development business. As Move’s Director of Imaging, Oliver managed all operations, sales and marketing efforts for the company’s virtual tour vertical. In this capacity, he developed and implemented a new business model resulting in a 91% increase in revenue to $10 million annually as well as a four times increase in customer accounts.
Oliver enjoys using his leadership and management experience to support not-for-profit initiatives, most notably serving as a strategic planning advisor for Goodwill Industries. He earned an Honors degree in History & Political Science from the University of Western Ontario, Canada in 1995.
